If your GlowStrike set arrives damaged or doesn't work, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll send you a free replacement.
Change-of-mind returns
We don't accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please check the product details and FAQ before ordering.
Lost packages
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us and we'll sort it out.
